Each layer is applied at a controlled, measured thickness (in microns), verified in real-time by integrated non-contact sensors. Immediately after coating, the coil enters a multi-zone gas-fired or electric curing oven. Here, temperature profiles and conveyor speeds are meticulously programmed to facilitate solvent evaporation and promote complete cross-linking of the polymer resins.
