GALVALUME STEEL BASE
1. Aluminum-zinc steel sheet (PPGL) is plated with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon as protection coating 2. Above the aluminum-zinc plating layer is fingerprint coating. It makes a better appearance and also increases the lifespan of the tiles. 3. Colored stone granules are the surface decoration layer of metal tiles as well as the protection layer. It is made of basalt particles which are treated by a high-temperature sintered ceramic process. The stone chips have more than 20 basic colors for optional and customized ones are available as well. It creates an excellent aesthetic appearance on your roofs and with great protection on your buildings as well. (Withstand ultraviolet radiation, reduce noise caused by rainwater) 4. Acrylic resin is the key bonding material between the steel sheet and color stone chips and also serves as a protective layer on the surface to prevent rainwater from leaking into junction gaps and extend the life span of color gravels.
