The first layer of defense begins with the careful bundling of sheets. Sheets of identical profile, color, and length are neatly stacked and securely strapped together using heavy-duty, weather-resistant plastic or steel strapping. To prevent any abrasion, scratching, or "coil set" marks on the high-performance painted surface, we interleave protective materials between each sheet or around the entire bundle. This includes using soft polyethylene foam strips, non-abrasive felt paper, or entire protective plastic shrink films that encapsulate the bundle, creating a barrier against moisture, dust, and physical friction. The corners of each bundle are reinforced with heavy-duty cardboard or specially molded plastic corner protectors to absorb impacts and prevent bending.
