Product Description

Xirui have a galvanized steel production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons, using the most advanced American GBNB and German Siemens electrical control systems. It can produce zero zinc bars, small zinc bars, ordinary zinc bars, etc. Thickness 0.125mm - 4.5mm, width 500mm -1250mm, galvanized layer 40-275g/m2, surface passivated, oiled - can be painted. In addition, the company has introduced a slitting machine, which can meet the different requirements of customers for width. As well as two roll forming machines, which can produce wave roof panels and trapezoidal corrugated panels.

Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc's characteristics. Usually, hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
